The 1-Light Semi-Flush Mount from Globe Electric centers a full opal glass globe in a matte brass canopy that reads as heavier and more refined than the price suggests. The rounded globe shade diffuses light in every direction, softening a room rather than spotlighting it. Works with any standard E26 bulb up to 60 watts, including LED and incandescent, and is compatible with most wall dimmers (sold separately) so you can dial from bright and functional to warm and ambient. At just under 12-inches in diameter, it makes a real presence on the ceiling without overwhelming tighter spaces, though measuring first is always worth it. Fits a standard ceiling electrical box with a hardwired connection. Suits bedrooms, hallways, nurseries, dining rooms, and beyond. Bulb not included.
